I've shot many weddings at The Civic Hall, and the staff and registrars are always lovely and really prompt. The banquet room is stunning and gets the best natural light, the West Room is great too and a wonderful alternative for smaller gatherings πŸ“Έ. Outside the hall and Millenium Square are perfect for some portraits and group shots, and then the location of it being within the city centre makes it perfect for getting that inner city wedding chic vibes in your photos. I love shooting here and it's the perfect spot for a Leeds city wedding.

Not far from Leeds Town Hall and Gallery this is a grand and beautiful ornate building to get married in. Situated in a huge white paved square outside. The building has four golden owls one each on the two spires and also on the two colonnades which glisten in the 🌞 sunshine and stand to attention as you enter the building.

I just wanted to say thank you to the staff and registras working at the Civic Hall today. I had my citizenship ceremony here and it was such a warm welcome. The day felt so special thanks to Lindsey who run the event. She was incredibly professional but also lighthearted and warm. Thank you for caring so much about our special day!

This grand building has been around for some one hundred years and counting. It is surrounded by Mandela Gardens and the seasonal millennium square which hosts an ice-rink sometimes during the year. The are a row of stairs to the main entrance but wheelchair users can access the hall via other entrance doors πŸšͺ. Inside, the walls are adorned with the various city mothers and city fathers who have served Leeds. It is well maintained and worth the honour of hosting new British citizens or weddings.
