The door security and floor security are absolutely fantastic, I’m disabled and they was very accommodating and helpful. They helped me put things in my wheel chair bag and helped me in and out of the building with my things. Also brought me water while I waited then offered to get me more. The security staff are all so lovely and helpful. I’ve never been in court ever and was very nervous and anxious. They could not do enough to make sure I was comfortable and at ease. Each and everyone of these members of staff was a true gentlemen. Well done 👍♥️⭐️✨your boss should be so proud of their team. All of you was amazing!!! 😻

Probation team and magistrates took their time to listen. They seemed genuinely to be helpful, fair and unbiased. I can't speak for everyone, but I've been here a few times (hopefully no more!) Only confusion was, it's not really clear what you are/aren't allowed to bring in - either into the courtroom or (in the worst case) take to prison.
