Leeds Beckett University

I've had a less than satisfying experience at this university studying music. The equipment desk staff are rude when asked to do their job (provide equipment to for students to use) and as a result of this you never feel comfortable approaching them, meaning that recording equipment becomes unavailable and I actually ended up completing most of my projects with my own smaller scale studio equipment. Additionally tutor feedback is weak/vague and some tutors seem more interested in promoting their work outside of the university than actually tutoring and guiding students. Ultimately I passed my degree, but I can't help but feel like my experience and grade would've been better elsewhere.

Good university, good campus & facilities with reasonable fees rates. Far much better for international students for their abroad studies in comparison of other heavy costly universities.

Amazing University, staff and it is always a please to cater for these amazing people with delicious Caribbean food.

Avoid this University, especially international students who are paying a lot of fees and they don't give them any opportunity to pay by installments however London's top universities give this opportunity to their students. Also they failed so many students. Avoid this university and apply to others who understand the student's financial conditions and help them.
