Bella Cafe, Leeds A sharp intake of breath was fully warranted as this gen arrived. Properly browned sausages with real snap potential, thick-cut bacon that hasn’t seen a microwave in its life, eggs with yolks glowing like they’ve got plans, mushrooms actually caramelised rather than grey and apologetic, and beans sensibly contained in a ramekin to prevent rogue sauce incidents. But the real power move? Buttered sourdough as an option for a bacon sarni. That’s not breakfast, that’s engineering. Crunch, chew, tang, structural integrity — white bread need not apply.

Came here for the first time for breakfast with the Mrs after a night out in Leeds. Great atmosphere, calming music in the background, friendly staff running the place and prompt food to your table. We will definitely becoming back when we return to Leeds. The Large English breakfast was £11.50 and it came with a proper sausage instead of the usual catering ones and a fresh toasted Ciabatta. Up there with one of the best breakfasts I've had from a cafe.

Bella Cafe in Leeds truly exceeded expectations. The combination of wonderful service and high-quality food makes this place a standout choice. The staff were incredibly attentive from the moment we walked in. The service was prompt, friendly, and they made sure our entire visit was enjoyable—it was simply excellent. The menu variety is impressive, and the dishes we tried were fantastic. I was especially delighted by the Roast Beef, which was perfectly cooked and incredibly tender, and the Pizza, which had a fresh, authentic crust and great flavor. The Soup starter was warm and comforting, and the Coffee was a rich, satisfying way to finish the meal. Highly recommend

Lovely little cafe in Leeds, had the best omelette in the city centre I have found so far. The staff were really friendly and helpful to everyone who came in. Will have to try their cakes or sandwiches next time as they looled very yummy.

I have been coming here for years and never had a bad experience here. Staff is always friendly, kind and attentive. Food is brought quick. It’s fresh and delicious. Bread is baked on premises fresh on daily basis. Their star is of course lentil soup with their homemade bread. It is accessible, good location if you’re shopping, cozy and good value for food you get. I recommend this place.
