I used to love coming here but now I am absolutely disgusted with the attitude and behaviour of management. I went outside and explained to security that I thought I was up-skirted and I was breaking down crying. I was explaining that it also re triggered something from my past so I was very overwhelmed and extremely upset as you can imagine. The staff took me into the office to look at the CCTV. I had 4 male members of staff shouting at me and telling me it didn’t happen, even before they had checked the CCTV. I was also told, if it did happen why was I still dancing. I believe this is bang out of order, they have absolutely no right to invalidate a possible victim’s experience. Towards the end of the conversation the manager said to me “you need to get out we have homes to go too, we are shut.” He then started edging me towards the side door, opened the door and nudged me out. He didn’t hurt me or anything like that, it was his attitude that was the problem. I kept explaining that I understand that they’re shut but this could have been a serious matter and I wasn’t being listened to. I was swore at and management. When the door closed, I broke down on the floor in the alleyway, not one member of staff offered their support. I will NEVER be returning again!
I had a pretty disappointing experience at this club. The entry policy seemed a bit skewed, with our group being turned away because we didn't have any women with us. It felt a bit unfair, especially since everyone's money spends the same. Once inside, the staff seemed more focused on socializing than serving customers, which made it a bit slow to get served. The bouncers also came across as quite arrogant, and the wait to get in was excessively long, considering the atmosphere inside. Overall, it wasn't the most enjoyable night out.
Me and a few of our mates went on the weekend and I have to say that the atmosphere was amazing, extremely helpful staff! Management were spot on when it come to our table that we booked! Doorstaff were all extremely friendly all night. All in all I would definitely highly recommend the club to all of my friends and family!
Great club ruined by bad management booked a £200 booth with a Bottle of vodka and a bottle of tequila rose when arrived not given a booth or a bottle told to wait, waited hours received a bottle of vodka then told that offer isn’t on and wasn’t given tequila rose was given 10 shots instead of a bottle absolute shambles. DONT book a booth. Disgraceful
Club is amazing. Love it. And could be mine and my friend’s new go-to. However whats stopping us is the extremely rude man you have allowed to sell aftershave in the toilets, he was not only rude but also made some people in our group PAY £10 to use the toilets. Completely ruined the experience, would love to come back but cant knowing we may be taken advantage of again.
