I visited Mazar for dinner and overall it was a great experience! The food here is full of flavour and authentically cooked, the mixed grill and Qabuli dishes were tender and well spiced. The chicken kebabs were juicy and well-marinated, not dry like you get in some places. The portion sizes are very generous, making it great for sharing, and everything arrived hot and fresh. The sauces and chutneys complemented the food perfectly without overpowering it. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in, which made the meal more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for authentic Afghan cuisine in Leeds. Hands down some of the best food in Leeds.
I've been here for the first time and ordered Chapli Kebab and Lamb Curry. They offered Chicken soup is on the hous, good taste. They make best chapli Kebab in all Leeds and Bradford. The owner is very nice guy, very very professional and the best thing is the Place is very clean and neat. The staff is nice with customers and it was a very good experience.
Mazar Restaurant is the best place for all types of Afghan dishes, with generous portions and very reasonable prices. The staff are extremely friendly and always keep their promises. Over the past eight months, whether I have dined in or ordered online, I have always been happy with their service and food. I recommend this restaurant 100%.

Tried lamb mandi, which was 8/10. Tomato sauce was missing 😪 Lentil soup was served complimentary, which was average. Kofta was served complimentary, which was good as well There was a green chutni, which was amazing. Overall, it is not a bad place but plenty of choices in Leeds, which are halal as well. Parking is available in nearby streets and on the road if available.
