What an awesome find! I was craving Thai food and this restaurant was just perfect. The green curry with prawn we ordered was tasty and fresh! We also ordered Pad Thai, fried fish and satay chicken. They were all delicious. We had a nice chat with one of the owners and he was warm and welcoming. Highly recommended!
Enjoyable food and really top-notch service, I probably didn't make the best choice.as someone who really likes really spicy food as the "Thai Spicy Basil" wasn't spicy at all but it was tasty. It was very quiet when we visited on a Sunday lunchtime, surprising given how authentic and flavourful things were at very reasonable prices. The interior is understandably "football" given the location but as a non enthusiast I didn't find it too overbearing and the dining room has a few Thai touches. The only negative was a takeaway customer watching noisy videos while he waited, not something the restaurant can really control but it tarnished an otherwise pleasant meal a little.
Had a brilliant meal at Noi’s Thai Kitchen in Leeds. The service was excellent, friendly, fast, and the owner really knows their stuff when it comes to Thai food. You can tell they care about every dish that leaves the kitchen. We tried a proper feast with starters like chicken satay, salt & pepper prawns, sweetcorn cakes, and honey pork were all full of flavour. The kids loved their crispy chicken and Pad Thai, and the mains didn’t disappoint either. The Panang curry was rich and well-balanced, and the Pad Nam Prik Pow had a real depth of flavour. Even the sides, jasmine rice, noodles, and salt & pepper chips were spot on. Desserts were a treat too with the caramel cheesecake and crispy choc rolls finished everything off perfectly. It’s a proper gem of a place if you’re after authentic Thai food in Leeds with top service and a relaxed atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back.
On first discovery that this restaurant was hidden inside a Leeds United fans pub, I was put off. Not because I dont like football or Leeds but rather it wasnt a great setting for a thai restaurant. I was wrong. Out in the back of this pub was a lovely little gem of an eaterie. Full of thai people enjoying an evening meal theirselves and celebrating a family members birthday. Usually when a restaurant is filled with people of the culture the cuisine is from. It is a give away to the quality of the food. The menu is impressive. The first thing I noticed were some items that we like but are not on most thai menus. Some new items too that we had not seen before. - The most impressive thing to me about this place and any place that deals with customers the same way, was the welcome. The owner came out, told us about his restaurant, how it started, his menu and from his speech you could just tell how invested he was in his business and his love of people shone through. Making customers feel special and welcome changes your experience 100%. Not many owners come out to greet, the ones that do are the top notch businesses. The young girls working with the owner also lovely, smiley and polite. - We ordered sweetcorn cakes (an absolute fave and rare to find) - all I can say is WOW. These honestly tasted like some sort of melt in the mouth warm cookie. The best we have both ever had. We then ordered 3 mains. (had to at this point, way too excited)- Chicken Pad Thai- we order this wherever we go, so we can compare to our beloved lost Nans Thai Kitchen 🤣. Great pad thai. 💚 Beef Massaman- again lovely, nice flavour. Tofu Pad Kra Tiem Prik Thai- we got this to try something new and both really enjoyed it. Salt n Pepper chips (obvs) All the food here is cooked fresh to order and it shows. For dessert we had something neither of us had ever seen.. Pandan Pancakes! Pandan leaves are the aromatic leaves of the pandan plant, a tropical plant native to Southeast Asia. Described as having a sweet, grassy, and fragrant taste with hints of vanilla, coconut, and sometimes even almond or rose. This dessert was absolutely beautiful. While we were eating it Justin went.. "this guys gonna make us fat" 🤣 So true. Will absolutely be returning. 10/10 for both food quality and service.
Lovely mixed starter, honey pork and salt n peppers chips the soda water was nice friendly service would recommend it
