Food is decent but the tapas-esque style really distances the beauty of Thai cooking and Thai dishes so it was slightly a miss in experience for me. Unsure if it was the time i came during my visit but there was no other table seated so lacked the ambiance, the food is also quite dear for what we ordered and the dishes were slightly too experimental or different for my liking as a good example was we got rice with beef but the beef was deep fried shreds which was pretty lacking. Good service however

We went to Phranakhon as a group of 16 people. The manager provided us a pre-order sheet to help them prepare the food. We only able to pre-order for 10people at the end and make 6 order on site at restaurant. The restaurant took our order professionally and serves our food at the same time, only after a short wait like 15mins after we sat down. Food is nice, their lunch deal is amazing, I enjoy the food a lot. The portion is generous as well. I would recommend you to order “ Pad Prik Thai Dum” with beef. Very very nice. The atmosphere is beautiful with the Sakura decoration even there are no Sakura in THAILAND😂 One comment to the restaurant will be the overpriced drink menu, a gingle beer cost £4.25 which is a be overpriced. In general, food and service are exceptional. Highly recommend this place for a big group/ friends.

This Thai tapas spot was a pretty interesting experience. The flavors were definitely on point, with some really delicious dishes coming out of the kitchen. However, I have to say, it was a bit on the pricey side for what you got. The portion sizes were just okay, not exactly generous. Overall, it's worth a try if you're looking for good Thai food, but be prepared for the bill.

I booked Phranakhon for a birthday meal for my mum and I am so glad I did! We had the weekend lunch menu and chose the sea bass, squid, duck leg and beef salad and then ordered an extra dish of crispy belly pork. Every dish was exceptional and there was more than enough for two hungry people. The service was great - really efficient, attentive and friendly - and the atmosphere was great. It was busy but still had a lovely, relaxing atmosphere with chilled music and nice lighting. I will definitely be back. Xx
