Tavernaki Bistro

A fantastic restaurant. The environment is romantic, every table with candle. It’s my first time to have a try on the greek food. It's quite special (little bit sour but acceptable). Three people ordered 3 dishes, maybe we can add one more starter, they are not expensive but also not too much. One little pity is about we failed to taste the most famous dish of lamb, if you just want this, maybe you can call for check first. We spend a very good birthday there. Really thank you for the birthday surprise. Very kind owner and chiefs. A nice experience.

Authentic, delicious, and a true taste of Cyprus! We liked this place a lot! If you are looking for genuine Greek/Cypriot food in Leeds, Tavernaki is the spot. We ordered a feast—the Kleftiko, Souvlaki, and Beef Stifado—and every dish was outstanding. The Kleftiko was incredibly tender, the Stifado had that rich, comforting depth you want, and the Souvlaki was grilled to perfection. We washed it all down with some cold Keo beers, which was the perfect accompaniment. Great food, great atmosphere, and we left very happy. Highly recommended!

Came here for lunch with friends and had the chicken souvlaki, it was incredible!!! Most amazing service as well ♥️ Would defo recommend for anyone who likes greek cuisine!!!

Quality food. Loved both dishes. Beer was warm but mythos is always nice. Atmosphere and service were friendly. Liked the food a lot.

It was a while ago that me and my partner came in, it was a quiet mid week evening. The service was friendly and efficient. The food although tasty seemed like poor value for money in my opinion. The portion sizes were good but £21.95 for halloumi, flatbread, frozen wedges and some salad seems like a lot. I also feel after 3 months you should have updated the prices on your website to match what you actually charge.
