STAFF AMAZING, FOOD DELICIOUS!!!! staff were some of the friendliest people ive met in a long time and the food was hot! good quality food, came quickly but made fresh and was eaten in seconds😂😂 definitely recommend!!!
Sadly, not the Wendy's I grew up loving in the states. My nuggets were tiny little bites and dry. My friend's burger was cold and salty. My fries and frosty were okay but quite disappointed overall. I did however report this online and they apologised and offered a free meal so great customer service.
From York and this is my First and 2nd time visiting a Wendy's. The burger was nicely cooked, When I tried a fry before getting my drink, they were the nicest fries I've ever had. Period. Made sure the staff knew that and they kindly offered a frosty for free, couldn't have ice cream but it was a lovely gesture! The store layout is bright, professional, modern with the Kiosks and mobile ordering. And the food arrived in about 5 minutes during a Friday afternoon.
I ordered on the app and went in for pick up. I was served by Lisa & Josh, who were super friendly and helpful. There was a bit of a wait but even in stressful situation they remained calm and cheerful. It’s nice to see cheerful staff in a fast food restaurant :) Photo is junior biggie meal £5 (comes with small drink)
Kiosk service, which did not give a printout. Food was ok, i suppose it's better than McDonald's burger. We had the double beefburger with onions as a meal and Dave's double combo. The bill came to 21 pounds. The toilets were not good, no toilet paper in two of them and no soap in another.
