I am a huge Chick Fil A fan, having even visited the original in Atlanta and always go on my regular US trips. Whilst it is nothing fancy, no chicken sandwich tastes as good IMO. Good fresh quality ingredients. Staff are always excellent. The average UK punter may not realise just how popular Chick Fil A is in the U.S., but it is coming here and coming fast based on what is clearly an overwhelming success in Leeds. The Leeds store is nicely done out. I was pleased to see the owner operator (like in the US) putting in a shift on a Saturday night and offering to take our rubbish. We were thanked for our custom, toilets and restaurants spotless. However, the biggie is that the sandwiches are EXACTLY the same as the US ones with the same unique quality taste. Underwhelming to look at, and not very big (same size as in US) it’s all about the taste and quality of the simplicity. The sauces are imported from the U.S. so fans can be assured they are the same. My one slight disappointment is like with most US chains coming to the U.K., the US small U.S. sized chips and drinks have become the UK’s regular size. The small chips (fries) are too small nd I’d like to see them increase to medium size.

I was first surprised to learn that the Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwich is without any sauce Just Bread, Chicken and pickles. I thought OMG that would be a terrible dry sandwich. But it was one of the best fried chicken sandwiches I have ever ate. The taste of the chicken alone is just right for me. Perfect frying, perfect seasoning, perfect tenderness. Chick-fil-A® you nailed that - 10/10 Deluxe sandwich - eeh Again the chicken is the main thing Lettuce was good Cheese was unnoticeable at all. Didn’t feel much difference between it and the first sandwich. Nuggets since its chicken Was 10/10 Coke full of ice Packing is terrible, I think its very clear in pics. Atmosphere and service No red flags All good But new stuff, expected, needs more training But were all polite Having a elevator is a nice touch Toilets were clean and nice. No smell Will check again after few months as it’s a new restaurant. Summery Popeye’s will close its doors very soon. There is no competition between both shops

I used to love this place when I lived in the US, so I’m really happy I can finally have it here in England. From ordering to picking up my food, the staff were extremely friendly, giving it a high-quality fast-food vibe. The waffle fries are usually amazing, but it was a bit disappointing that they sprinkled way too much salt on them in a very British way. The sauce is incredibly good — I wish they sold it separately too.

Pleasantly surprised. Been trying a lot of the American burger chains that have popped up in the UK recently e.g. Popeyes, Slim Chicken's etc. Not very good. Chick-fil-A however gets a big fat Mmmm. First off, the place was modern, clean and tidy. The idea of ordering food downstairs and eating it upstairs reduces chaos. If you dine in, the food is brought to you. Service was friendly and quick. The quality of the food itself was good. A burger that actually looks and tastes fresh. Full of flavour. Maybe the patty could have been a bit thicker. The waffle fries were also nice but the portion was small. I've docked a star for the price - the meal costs over £10. Could be cheaper but then again I suppose you pay for quality. Would deffo recommend.

More than words ... Awesome 👌What a Delectable Meal! The chicken sandwich was succulent, thick and well seasoned with a crispy coating. Fresh lettuce, soft bun, and everything tasted outstanding and made-to-order. The Waffle fries were hot and crunchy, pairing perfectly with the Chick-fil-A signature sauce, a piquant, smoky, and tangy blend of honey mustard, BBQ, and ranch that had me literally finger-licking. The vanilla milkshake was velvety, rich, and creamy without being overly sweet, making for a truly refreshing treat. Clean setup and efficient service at Chick-fil-A, an exquisite and solid experience overall!!!!
