I'm a regular customer. Always get the best, smiling service. Food is always hot and fresh. Everything from the chicken wings, to burgers, wraps, and rice are amazing. Very tasty too. Great ambiance and a special mention to the very polite and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
I’m not sure what the bad reviews are of this place but maybe they got unlucky. I ordered today from here and this place was wow 10/10 The food came steaming hot. I mean steaming hot, like I couldn’t eat it because it was so hot and fresh. The food was delicious, their chicken fillet burgers are to die for! Their wings are good the skin just melts off and it’s beautiful I would definitely buy again from here
I started to go to chicken village ever since my friend took me there , and honestly i haven’t stopped going. Every time i go the atmosphere is great and so is the customer service. I’ve started to become a regular customer and since that i’ve always received freshly made food and even extras sometimes for free 😂😂. I couldn’t ask for better hospitality and let me say this the Chips are divine and so is the burgers. Would strongly recommend this place to others either looking for somewhere to eat or somewhere to try.
Unfortunately didn't want to do this but service was poor. Placed an order 3 hours in advanced via Just Eat. Rang them at the time my food was supposed to be delivered and they say it's something to do with Just Eat app. I gave them a chance and waited, over an hour go by and they've decided to cancel my order! I have rang them number of times while waiting yet not once did they pick up. Absolutely poor service. Most definitely won't recommend the place. Fyi, I tried cancelling my order but by that time they've already clicked on "preparing" so if I was to cancel Just eat would've charged me full cancellation fee of £24. Waited approximately 4 and a half hour from placing an order to my order being cancelled, with hungry customers waiting and parents with health issues who had to wait only to be told these careless bollocks cancelled our order without any warning.
We have had the pleasure of dining in this establishment once a year for the last five years. To say this is an establishment is an injustice to Chicken Village - this is an institution of chicken. The culinary arts should be studied here. One drawback is that you always eat too much. It is a blessing and a curse. Chicken Village, I hate that I love you.
