£6.45 meal deal, which included a burger, chips, three wings, and a drink. The burger was okay, but the rest was disappointing. One of the chicken wings was clearly undercooked, and the fries were very pale. I can't say I was surprised, as the service foreshadowed the food. When I walked in, two staff members were just sitting and staring, without a smile or any greeting. It wasn't a welcoming environment, so I just asked for the sizzler meal. One of them stood up with a sigh and tossed a few fries into the box. The chef was also giving me an 1000-yard stare. The whole interaction made me feel uncomfortable, as if I'd done something wrong. I received my entire meal in under two minutes, which was alarming. There's a line between fast service and food that isn't freshly prepared, and this was on the wrong side of it. The atmosphere among the other customers was fine; people eating there seemed content. But based on the staff and the food quality, it felt like a case of "you get what you pay for." Cheap, fast, but not good. 🥲

Delicious food and top-tier service. The menu has a great variety, and the packaging kept everything fresh during transit. A fantastic local gem that never disappoints. Truly worth every penny! ⭐ Highly recommended

Trying Flames for the first time was diabolical. It is clear that this business is more focused on making money than providing good food. The pizza was the size of a child's portion yet charged at full sized price. It arrived with a huge hole in the middle which was obviously noticeable upon them cutting it, yet, they sent it out regardless. It's a good job Deliveroo are great at customer service and refunded me fully. Regarding the cheese on top, they served it with the minimal amount that they could get away with. The kebab meat was undercooked, not cool as that can be dangerous and cause food poisoning. I have never seen such greedy small portions in my life. There was literally one shred of lettuce in the whole kebab along with 2 slices of tomato and cucumber. This does absolutely not constitute a salad. There was no white cabbage, no onion, no grated carrot. I would not embarrass myself by daring to serve this and call it a salad. Everyone knows that kebabs come with a pitta absolutely stuffed to the brim full of salad with the kebab meat and sauce on top. This kebab was so small and lacking in the basics along with an exceptionally small portion of meat that the pitta was practically closed around the contents. The advertised garlic mayonaise was absolutely not mayonaise. It was the wrong consistently for a start and full of herbs. It tasted like a watered down version of a cheap ranch dressing and the size of the pot it came in was actually comical due to how small it was. This company have some serious nerve with their greedy portion size versus their pricing. Lastly, whoever packed it decided to pack the kebab with the ice cold soda in the same bag and the whole thing was stone cold. They may as well have sent it out packed in ice.

Wrong delivery wrong food. Even they don't accept their mistake. They claimed Uber for it. My name is Sumiya. But they delivered Dylan C. They are Thieves. Even the innocent guy told me I have only this order.
