Prestos Food House

Pizzas were okay-this was the only good thing about the order. We ordered a 1.5l bottle of coca cola and received a 1.25l. Ordered bombay potatoes and received a curry like meal that had no resemblance to what we ordered and the plain garlic bread was like cardboard. Ordered extra garlic on everything and it tasted like there was none on anything we got. No refund received and nothing complementary offered - won't be using just eat or the restaurant again.

Ordered a garlic bread and cheese and a donner kebab. The garlic bread was cold and way over cooked (pretty much burnt) and the donner was crispy it was that much over cooked

THE WORST FOOD I’ve ever ordered ! Can’t judge on the service or vibe as I haven’t been inside but everything tasted cheap and nasty.(we eat a lot) the curry was not vindaloo and so poor , the pizza just tasted plastic and not nice, and I won’t even bother commenting on the chicken. - you don’t even want to imagine my stomach the next day. Some amazing takeaways in leeds. 100% the worst I’ve had in my life (all over the country and I eat out a lot) 0/10

Worst curry I've had in years, garlic bread pizza was cold, rice portion was only half full, mixed starter was dry and cold. Best bit of it all was the lettuce!!! Absolutely horrible, will NOT be ordering again. Menu was posted through the door that day, but when food arrived was given an "updated menu" with different prices!

Waited over an hour for delivery that was supposed to take 25minutes..I called the shop when the quoted delivery time passed. They told me it will be 5 more minutes. 20 minutes later nothing happened, so I called again only to be told there are road works 'this was 10.20 pm' and that they will call back in a couple of minutes. 10 minutes later no one called and no one showed up, so I called again. The guy in the shop said he thought it would have been delivered by now and called the driver who said he was outside. I told him it was a total lie as I've been waiting outside in the bloody cold for 35 minutes. A few minutes later the driver turns up saying roadworks and what not. Took the food and went back to the hotel room..and just when I thought things couldn't get any worse, guess what! wrong bloody order. I ordered half peri peri chicken meal, but this was 10 coldish wings & cold dry chips in a pizza box. Absolutely fuming, I called the shop and asked them to come get their order and give me a refund. They said keep it and will give you a refund. Total incompetence and waste of time. Waiting for a refund!
