Whittard of Chelsea Leeds

I had a lovely experience at Whittard’s. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to talk me through products, answer questions, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. The atmosphere in the store was warm, inviting, and well presented, which made browsing a pleasure. It’s clear the team take pride in what they do and in creating a welcoming environment for customers. I left feeling valued and happy with my visit, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend.

Highly disappointing. Went twice last month and one time the velvetiser didn't work the other time the lady at the counter told me she couldn't make a sample for me because she's alone (?) So both times I couldn't taste the flavour I wanted to buy but instead was forced to purchase it and told I could return it later. The second time, the lady wasn't actually alone because she later went inside to ask someone whether something else I asked for was in stock or not, so clearly she was just disinterested in doing what I asked for. Also was made to feel uncomfortable by staff by their judgy looks and clear disinterest in serving me compared to some other customers that were there. Expected much better from Whittard as I was a regular at their Covent Garden store which is much better.

The staff are absolutely amazing!! Shae and Lucy were so helpful with recommendations, and assisted me with the exact hot chocolate I needed. Brilliant customer service, so welcoming as soon as I stepped foot in the shop!

Fantastic shop with super fab staff!! It is such a lovely place to go to get some treats for yourself or gifts for friends. Their gift sets are pretty decent. A variety of tea and coffee selection available in the shop; their hot chocolate tastes amazing and it is vegan friendly. Don't worry if you are not sure how to deal with different types of tea: black tea, herbal tea etc. You can always find instruction on the package or on their website. They always have some discount for something in-store or online. Make sure you won't miss it!

I just had the most pleasant shopping time at Whittard of Chelsea Leeds. Tiffany and Katherine assisted me in choosing the most suitable presents for a friend and her parents, and guided me through the reward system which allowed me to take home a whole new item for free. Friendly and helpful staff and beautiful products for home and to gift. Highly recommend.
