Bench Joiners

Bench Joiners- Leeds £20–£25 per hour- CIS 7:00am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch) Temp with opportunity to go permanent Bridgestaff Group areworking with a well-established and growing fire doorset manufacturer based in Leeds, delivering high-quality internal fire doorsets within the commercial and residential sectors. Due to increased workload, they're looking to bring in 4 skilled Bench Joiners to join the team immediately, with long-term opportunities for the right candidates. The Role You'll be working in a busy workshop environment producing doorsets to specification. Key duties include: Manufacturing doorsets from assembly sheets Using a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools Assembling and finishing products to a high standard Working with a variety of materials, including hardwoods and sheet materials Supporting overall workshop output and deadlines What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Bench Joiner / Joiner (workshop based) Ability to read and work from production schedules Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Experience with workshop machinery Reliable, hardworking and able to hit the ground running What's On Offer Competitive hourly rate: £20–£25 per hour (depending on experience) Immediate starts available Long-term work with the potential for temp-to-perm Stable working hours (no shifts) Growing business with consistent pipeline of work
