Senior Business Development Executive
An international law firm is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to support its high‑performing Real Estate (RE) Group during a period of ambitious growth. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role working across four practice areas TRE, RE Disputes, Construction & Engineering, and Planning - with exposure to high‑profile projects and top‑tier clients. Key Responsibilities Partner collaboration — Build strong relationships with partners and become a trusted BD advisor. BD planning — Support the BDM in developing and delivering BD plans across the RE Group. Targeting & pipeline — Lead BD targeting activity, track opportunities and support major campaigns. Bids & tenders — Own and deliver bids, tenders and PQQ responses; support major panel submissions. Credentials & materials — Produce case studies, capability statements and client‑ready materials. Client meeting support — Prepare pitch documents and meeting packs in collaboration with the Bids team. Digital content — Maintain RE webpages, insights and updates; ensure BD Hub content is accurate and searchable. CRM & creds systems — Act as an ambassador for InterAction and Foundation, ensuring data quality and adoption. Internal communications — Draft internal updates on campaigns, events and client activity. BAU support — Contribute to day‑to‑day BD tasks across the Group. About You Law firm business development and marketing experience is crucial Self‑starter with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset. Excellent writing skills and strong attention to detail. Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes. Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines. Collaborative team player with a positive, “can‑do” attitude. Experience in professional services (legal preferred).
