The Role Working across a diverse portfolio of projects, you'll be responsible for delivering a broad range of professional and project-led building surveying services. Typical responsibilities include: Contract Administration on refurbishment, repair and maintenance projects. Building surveys, defect diagnosis and building pathology. Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) surveys and asset management advice. Preparation of specifications, tender documentation and project reports. Project management from inception through to completion. Client relationship management and attendance at project meetings. Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors as your career progresses. About You To be successful, you'll ideally have: MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor status. Experience within a consultancy environment. A broad knowledge of professional and project building surveying services. Strong technical and report-writing skills. Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
