Quantity Surveyor Location: Leeds and Birmingham x2 sites, accommodation provided when travelling to Birmingham Salary: Competitive (DOE) + Package Company Overview Our client is a well-established and growing fit-out and refurbishment contractor with an annual turnover of approximately €45 million. The company delivers high-quality commercial, retail, healthcare, education, and specialist refurbishment projects across Ireland, with an expanding footprint in the UK. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the commercial and financial performance of projects Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation Conduct cost analysis and value engineering exercises Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and accounts Monitor project costs, variations, and cash flow Prepare and submit interim valuations and final accounts Requirements Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field Minimum 2+ years' experience (QS) Experience within fit-out, refurbishment, or main contracting preferred Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities What's on Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work on high-profile and varied projects Strong pipeline of work across Ireland and the UK Career progression within a growing organisation Collaborative and supportive working environment
