Human Resources Advisor
Leeds - Hybrid (travel across Yorkshire required) Full-Time, Permanent (35hrs a week) £30,000–£35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Must have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle We're currently recruiting for a passionate and proactive HR Advisor to join a small but growing team. In this role, you'll provide high-quality HR support across the full employee lifecycle, working closely with managers and employees to deliver effective people solutions. This is a varied and fast-paced opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships and making a real impact within an organisation. The Role Provide generalist HR advice across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, engagement, and policy development Support learning and development initiatives and internal training sessions Manage and maintain HR systems and records, ensuring strong compliance Review and update HR policies and procedures in line with employment legislation Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices Support business performance through effective people management Work both independently and collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes About You You'll be a confident and organised HR professional with strong communication skills and a proactive approach. Full driving licence and access to a vehicle Previous experience in a generalist HR Admin, Assistant, or Advisor role CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 (or working towards) – desirable but not essential Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills Strong attention to detail and analytical ability Ability to work independently and take ownership of workload Commitment to continuous professional development Package £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (DOE) Hybrid working 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays If you're looking to join a supportive and collaborative organisation where no two days are the same, this is an excellent opportunity.
