Active Substance Regulatory – Crop Protection - UK and EU WIDE Fully remote Our client, a global crop protection/agrochemical business, is seeking a Regional Regulatory Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of active substances and formulated products across the EU and GB . The rol e:Lead EU active substance approval processes — data gap analysis, risk assessment coordination, dossier preparation, and liaison with Rapporteur Member States, DG SANTE, EFSA and H SEManage Member State product authorisations across Europe, including registrability assessments for new and existing produc tsCoordinate external consultants and CROs — study placement, monitoring, and budget tracki ngPartner with R&D and Marketing to shape and represent the regulatory position on business decisio nsAct as subject matter expert for assigned focus areas, contributing to Crop Life Europe initiativ esSupport advocacy and represent the business in regulatory foru ms What we're looking f or:Minimum 10 years' EU regulatory experience in crop protection/agrochemicals, covering both active substance and product dossier managem entScientific background relevant to regulatory affairs — toxicology prefer redStrong track record managing risk assessments, consultants and CRO relationsh ipsConfident communicator with negotiation and advocacy experie nceAutonomous, organised, and comfortable navigating complex, evolving regulatory framewo rksThis is a technical ownership role for someone who wants deep involvement in EU active substance strategy rather than a purely product-registration remit.
