Employment Solicitor / Senior Associate - Leeds - Up to £80k + 25% Bonus + Benefits A highly ranked national law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor / Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Chambers & Legal 500 ranked Employment practice in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Employment Solicitor / Senior Associate to join one of the largest and most established employment teams in the UK. Operating as part of a national platform spanning multiple UK and international offices, the team advises a broad range of market-leading clients across financial services, healthcare and commercial sectors. The Leeds team has a strong and growing reputation and works closely with colleagues as a national service line whilst also acting for clients across the Yorkshire region. You will gain exposure to complex, high-quality work within a collaborative and well-resourced environment. The Role Advising employers on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters Supporting Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation under supervision Working on complex discrimination, whistleblowing and breach of contract claims Assisting with restructures, redundancies and TUPE projects in the UK and internationally Providing day-to-day employment advisory support by telephone and email Supervising and supporting the development of trainees and paralegals Contributing to business development, networking and client training initiatives Supporting knowledge sharing, precedents and internal training activity The Candidate Qualified Employment Solicitor with ideally 1+ years PQE Experience advising employers on tribunal claims and contentious matters Background advising clients within financial services, commercial or public sectors preferred Strong technical knowledge with a commercial, solutions-focused mindset Confident communicator able to build trusted client relationships Independent thinker with good judgement and initiative Enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach Interest in business development and wider team contribution The Benefits and How to Apply Salary up to £80,000 depending on experience Market-leading bonus up to 25% 25 days annual leave increasing with service Private healthcare Buy or sell up to 5 holidays 5% employer pension contribution Fully flexible and hybrid working model Clear progression within a ranked team Apply in the strictest confidence online or via telephone.
