Qualifications: Industry Expertise: Proven track record in a senior operations role within Traffic Management or a fast-paced, field-based logistics environment. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Chapter 8, NRSWA, 12D/12AB sector schemes, and streetworks permitting systems. Leadership & Commercial Acumen: Exceptional capability in managing large, reactive field teams, complex rotas, and multi-million pound operational budgets.
