Senior Quality & Compliance Officer

A well-established and growing manufacturing business is looking to appoint a Senior Quality & Compliance Officer to support its Technical and Compliance function. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and improving quality and compliance systems across the business, supporting day-to-day technical operations, and helping ensure industry standards and customer expectations are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities Support and maintain quality and compliance systems across the site Assist with internal audits, compliance activities, and accreditation processes Monitor and help improve quality performance, manufacturing standards, and customer satisfaction Investigate non-conformances and support corrective and preventative actions Produce reports and quality data for management meetings Support continuous improvement initiatives across the operation Build effective working relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders Help maintain strong health, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards Support a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning About the Candidate The ideal candidate will have experience within a manufacturing or production environment and a strong understanding of quality and compliance processes. Experience within packaging, print, food, or a regulated manufacturing environment would be advantageous. Candidates are encouraged to apply even if they do not meet every requirement listed.
