Production Manager - Sterile Services

<p><strong>Your Role:</strong></p> <p><br /></p> <p>We are recruiting a Production Manager to join our B. Braun Sterilog team in Pudsey. This is a key leadership position within a large organisation, where you will play an integral role in driving operational performance, supporting organisational change, and contributing to service improvement.</p> <p>As a people manager, you’ll play an essential part in shaping a positive, inclusive, and development-focused culture across the site. As a people manager, you’ll lead by example—playing a crucial role in creating a positive and productive work environment. </p> <p><strong>Working hours: </strong>37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday (including participation in an on-call rota)</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> B.
