About the Role This role sits at the centre of a fast-evolving, commercially driven environment, supporting senior leadership in understanding performance, shaping priorities, and ensuring investment is focused on the highest-impact initiatives. You will play a key role in connecting data, strategy, and commercial decision-making to drive growth across a large-scale digital platform. Role & Responsibilities Own and develop performance frameworks to track and evaluate business performance Assess key drivers of growth across customer engagement, usage, and revenue Support strategic decision-making through structured analysis and business case development Evaluate and prioritise initiatives across product, marketing, and commercial functions Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance planning processes Provide clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders Establish and improve performance tracking and reporting processes Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on priorities and objectives Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in performance management, commercial analytics, or strategy roles Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting revenue growth and investment decisions Ability to interpret data and translate it into clear business recommendations Experience building business cases and evaluating ROI Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex challenges Experience in fast-paced, consumer-focused or digital environments Apply If you're interested in learning more or would like to apply, please get in touch directly or submit your application via the link provided
