Trainee Telesales Executive (Business Development) | Location : Leeds | Salary : £28K - £35K basic + commission (£60k+) About the company Our client are a fast-growing startup delivering Cold Calling as a Service. They specialise in generating high-quality leads and booked meetings across multiple industries, and they're rapidly expanding their client base and reputation. The Role We're hiring a driven Business Development Manager to join us at an exciting growth stage. This role offers fast-track progression, with the opportunity to build and lead your own BDR team within 12 months. We're not a typical call centre - we offer a supportive, flexible environment where performance is recognised and rewarded.
