Field Account Manager – Strategic Accounts (QSR Partnerships) Industry Food Delivery Technology | Restaurant Partnerships | Strategic Accounts | E-Commerce Marketplace Work Setting Hybrid / Field-based role Territory: Leeds, York, Sheffield, Manchester & surrounding regions (UK) Combination of field travel and home-based work Overview This role focuses on managing and growing strategic quick-service restaurant (QSR) partnerships within a leading online food delivery marketplace. You will work directly with franchise business owners across a designated territory to drive commercial growth, optimise operational performance, and improve customer engagement. The role combines strategic account management, consultative sales, operational advisory, and data-driven growth planning within a fast-paced tech and hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities Build and strengthen long-term commercial relationships with franchise partners Drive order growth and overall account performance across the territory Advise partners on operational excellence, customer service, and efficiency improvements Analyse account and performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimise strategy Support adoption of new tools, initiatives, and operational solutions Collaborate cross-functionally with internal commercial and operational teams Manage territory planning and field engagement activities Deliver strategic recommendations to improve partner profitability and customer satisfaction Act as a trusted advisor to franchise stakeholders and operators What You'll Bring Experience in B2B sales, account management, or strategic partnerships Strong relationship-building and commercial negotiation skills Ability to manage long-term client relationships and growth targets Strong analytical and performance reporting capabilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail and strong multitasking ability Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset Full clean UK driving licence Preferred Experience Experience within food delivery, hospitality, retail, franchise operations, or SaaS platforms Territory management or field sales experience Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts Operational consulting or customer success exposure Compensation & Benefits £81/day allowance plus comprehensive benefits package including: Flexible working arrangements Company vehicle Monthly food allowance Private medical & dental cover Pension and life assurance Generous holiday entitlement Career development and training opportunities
