IT Trainer
<p>We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive IT Trainer to join our IT Department on a permanent basis. If you're passionate about helping people learn, enjoy working with technology, and want to make a real impact across our multi-site legal network, we want to hear from you.</p> <p>This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in IT training—even if you’ve never worked in legal before.</p> <p>As an IT Trainer, you’ll help support and upskill our colleagues by:</p> <ul> <li>Delivering engaging training sessions on key IT systems and tools</li><li>Creating clear, user-friendly training materials and resources</li><li>Supporting ongoing development of our IT training strategy</li><li>Working with the IT team to test, refine, and improve workflow systems</li><li>Developing your understanding of best practices in case handling across RTA, EL/PL, and Employment</li></ul> <p>This role can be based at any of our offices.</p> <p>We’re looking for someone who has:</p> <ul> <li>2–4 years’ experience in a training role, preferably IT</li><li>A solid understanding of Microsoft applications</li><li>Familiarity with case management systems (we’ll provide full training)</li><li>Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills</li><li>An open mind and willingness to learn<em>.</em></li><li>Willingness to travel across our office network</li><li>Experience with Mattersphere, Microsoft 365, or working in a multi-site environment—but these are absolutely not essential.</li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p>As a member of our team, you’ll play a key role in driving digital excellence and supporting our strategic goals.
