Used to really like this car park, but on two occasions 6 months apart, there has been litter, including broken bricks and debris, covering the car park. The last time I parked here was around 2 months ago, as the last time I went to park here, one half was housed with travellers. I have no problem with that, but they had completely blocked my way through to the other half, and their litter and debris could have ripped my tyre off.
The meter to pay is not working. I have registered with pay to park and I have to verify my email address before I can park. It's been 7 minutes and I still have nor received my verification email. How am I supposed to be at my new job on time. I feel sick. I have tried again 3 times now. Very, very disappointing.
Okay. But u cannot stay more than 10hoyrs
Good prices. Not all the time you find spaces
Usually this is a good place to park, however I probably won't park there again after what happened yesterday. A group of travellers have set up camp down one end of the car park, which I don't usually see as a problem. When I returned to my car after work, I got in and one of the kids from the Traveller site walked up with a golf club and took a swing at my windscreen towards my face. When I screamed she stopped short of smashing the windscreen and ran off. I went after her towards the site to speak to an adult, but some kids appeared to tell me there were no adults around. I left because I just wanted to get away from there, but before that spoke to one of the employees of a building across the street, who told me that the travellers had been there for a few days and have caused many problems. A number of local businesses have increased their security as a result. As the council don't seem to be in any rush to sort out the situation, I'd just avoid this car park.
