Please, DO NOT use this car park! As many people on here, I 've got fined a £100 charge for not entering my registration number plate right. I have been appealing for 2 months now and they are trying to "offer" me a discounted charge of £60 if I pay now. No thanks, I paid £2.5 for 20 minutes parking and your machines are incompetent don't blame it on the user and bring back real people to manage your car park!
I should have written this long ago but couldn't find it on Google maps, I paid for a ticket through the machine and used my bank account, the machine did accept only the first three letters of my car registration number and could not add the last three number. I thought this is it, paid and displayed the ticket in the car, it was my first time to park there. Later on I received a fine of £100, £60 if paid in 14 days. I did appeal and showed my proof of the payment and the ticket and explained to them what happened. Still they were saying you are failed to purchase a valid ticket and I had to pay the fine, ridiculous, they didn't even pay the ticket money back to me, so I ended up paying for the ticket and the fine as well, I never recommend that place, any small mistake you will pay the fine, since then I never park there again, I pay more but park in safe place.
Run by a fraudulent company. Overstayed by 20 mins but app didn’t work for me to extend booking. £100 fine issued, supposed to be reduced if you pay in 14 days, but wouldn’t accept my bank card. Appeals process didn’t work. Do yourself a favour and park somewhere else.
Needs 0 stars! SCAM DO NOT PARK HERE Purchased a pay and display ticket at the car park. Got a fine through the door saying I didn't pay for parking. Tried to dispute with photographic proof of pay and display ticket. They said it's not enough as it doesn't have the vehicles reg number on the ticket, even though they print the ticket. It is all set up to scam and fine you regardless of what you do. Avoid at all costs!
Would give 0 stars if I could! Same as everyone below. Paid for the parking here but machine was faulty so it only registered the first letter of my reg. I have received a £100 parking ticket, sent them my proof that I'd paid then they have sent me a rejection to my appeal. Just spoken with my work solicitor who has advised not to pay it and just ignore their letters. They said this company has absolutely no civil case and wouldn't be able to take me to a real court. DON'T USE THIS SCAM COMPANY.
