Parked there on Friday afternoon for 2 days while staying at the Doubletree. Super brilliant staff, gave me a parking slot near the hotel. Really efficient & helpful lady even led me to it. Parking slots a a sensible size as well. Will definitely park there in future.

After parking here numerous times without issues over the years, rolled up Saturday mid afternoon after a 5 hour drive to be met by the most unpleasant unhelpful female employee. Despite there being spaces, first time I've ever been refused entry to a car park because I wanted to stop more than 3 hours. Staff very unhelpful and not willing to advise us non locals of alternative options. Ended up finding on street parking which was actually cheaper (£3.20) and closer to where we wanted to be. Wont be using in future on that basis.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Rudest staff I have ever encountered. Pulled up to the hut and asked a question relating to hotel parking, and was met with a terrible attitude from a very unhelpful woman. This was followed up by a man who said he owned the arches, and that we should listen to him as he was in a hi viz. He shouted at my colleague and I for ‘demanding free parking’ after we had simply asked if this was the right place for the pre-booked hotel parking we’d paid for. He then spoke over us and followed me in the car park until I asked him to stop.
