I was really amazed about this parking. It was the first time when we booked a parking space in advance and if possible we will do it again. At the beginning we thought that the parking was closed because the door it was closed, we really didn't think this a private parking. I didn't read with attention everything what it was on the app and when I saw all the details I was impressed. You have a button on the app which when you arrive to the parking, you have to press it and the door will open. They were saying on the app to choose certain parking spaces, but there were not actually numbers anywhere, only some signs with JUST PARK bookings only. The parking is really secure and safe. No one can enter without a booking in advance. We've paid for 5 hours £9 + £0.89 fee. Really recommend it,really close to city centre,about 7 minutes walk.
Don’t waste your time booking parking here. We pre-booked for a 24hr slot but when we turned up, there were no parking spaces left! The parking information leads you to believe there are only two spaces (which are used by residents) that you aren’t able park in, but it’s more like 8, in an already quite small car park. It also gives you the number of the ‘two’ bays you aren’t able to park in but you can’t see where the bays actually are, nor what number they are, because all of the paint has worn off. There was both my car and another car having the same problem at the same time, both of us ultimately needing to try and cancel our booking and find elsewhere to park. Don’t waste your time, or your money!
Nice, clean and safe parking space, very close to center and decently priced. The parking has a blind/door that is closed to public so your car is well protected. Very easy booking process.
App didn’t work to open the barrier, and there were 2 cars parked in the middle of the car park which meant that I couldn’t park in the Just Park spot and there was no other way to get to the spot
This isn’t open to just pull up and park you must have to prebook ? No signs to tell you anything
