Excellent staff, but the hospital is no longer fit for purpose. While the dedication and professionalism of the staff at LGI are beyond commendable, the hospital itself is severely outdated. The building’s deteriorating infrastructure, limited parking capacity, and inefficient internal layout significantly hinder the delivery of modern healthcare services. It is evident that a complete redevelopment is urgently needed. Rather than continuous patchwork upgrades, a purpose-built facility located outside the congested city centre would better serve both patients and staff, ensuring accessibility, efficiency, and room for future growth.

Probably the worst car park ever made. I think this car park would have been too tight for cars in the 1950s let alone 2025. Poorly sign posted for permit only areas, myself along with 4 other cars all drove up the ramp without realising and then had to reverse down. Someone reversed into a car in front of me, partially down to her bad driving. But mainly due to a lack of space. If you can get in a space thereS zero chance you'll get your door open, so essentially it's a paid car prison.

It's not big enough the ramps are so tight there, covered in paint and scrapes. God knows how many people have damaged their cars

Not enough parking spaces available and nearby street is for residents only. However, there are free parking in the evening and weekends

Miles away from anywhere. You might think about running a bus service to the hospital
