Parked here on a Saturday late afternoon and didn’t have any problems getting a car parking space, in fact we parked on level 1 and there was multiple to choose from! Definitely a reasonable price and have paid a lot more elsewhere, very handy location also if you want to go for a meal, Xmas markets or shopping, our new parking location!

Very busy old car park. 11 floors and every place filled, encountered a few people driving up and down looking for a space. Lucky for me as I got to floor 10 a lady pulled out and I was (just) able to get my van in the place. 3.5 hours for £16. Not a patch on Q-park and just as expensive. Not disabled friendly either as there are about 10 steps at the exit. I had a very heavy box on a trolley so had to use the vehicle exit. No staff seen.

City centre location good but expensive & charged £2 more because we used the pay station than if we used the app...signs deceiving on entrance to entice u in then actually the 'hourly rate ' shown was very misleading! Should be same rate regardless of how you pay. Very small spaces too & dirty stairwells Wont be parking there again any time soon

Like many say this is a great location but it is very narrow and the spaces small. Pray there is no one coming down when you're going up and vice versa! Also pricy.

Totally overpriced. Prices are not well signposted. & bays are tiny. Parked here as we missed the carpark we wanted to park in didn’t want to be late. Will avoid next time
