The prices are really reasonable for just outside of the main leeds city centre. We visited at 8.45am on a Saturday to attend an event on the University campus. Carpark was nice and clean. Felt safe aswell especially using it for the first time with my children. The pay machine was easy and straightforward to use, however what I would say to better enhance it would be more bigger and prominent signage for paying, once inside on the ground level where we parked, There was one small sign that i could see by the door for where to find the pay machines and lifts. Overall I would recommend and use this multistory carpark again.
They offered like a public parking and is not a public parking. You get in and you get a fine because you need a code from university. When you are confident about you research on Google, you get in and you get a fine automatically from 10 to 80£. They need to put a barrier or another system to avoid this unfortunately situation.
A great option if you're visiting the LGI on an evening 6-8pm or weekend. 2 hours is £2 and it's a relatively short walk to the hospital. Don't use for weekday afternoon visiting - it's £10 PER HOUR (it's a University staff carpark during the day)
£10 per hour if you don't have 'permission' to park here or hold a permit. Needless to say I drove straight back out after seeing this.
PLEASE READ - this is a perfectly good car park but is only intended for public use in the evenings after 5pm and at weekends. If you do not have a University parking pass you will get clobbered if you park here on a weekday during the day (~£10/hr).
