It is a central location, clean and secure, found a space almost straight away. It is a narrow car park, which isn’t an issue but you just need to be prepared to give way to drivers who don’t know how wide their car is. The downside is the eye watering prices. Wednesday night, arrived quarter to 6pm and left before 8pm and was charged £11.10. If you want convenience of location and don’t mind paying then this is your place.

It is easy to rulebook a space via the QPark app. The car park was very clean and felt safe and secure. The parking bays felt tight, but it seemed to work

I used this car park for the first time, frankly even for a city like Leeds the parking rates are extortionate. I paid ÂŁ19.20 after 6 pm just to go for a meal in Leeds. It is even more expensive during the daytime. Ignore the picture on google maps showing the parking prices-that must be at least five years out of date! Cannot recommend.

Absolute shambles at this car park this morning. Showing 'spaces' when there weren't any and letting so many cars in that were having to go all the way to the top level just to turn around and leave again. We spent over 25 minutes in the car park totally stuck. No response to the assistance call button on the barrier and nearly missed out on our plans because the extortionate prices mean you can't find a system that tells people its full or stops people going in when there are no spaces 🤷‍♀️. Will avoid at all costs in future. And your response to my review is totally incorrect, there were at least 2 cars on each level waiting to park and absolutely NO spaces. I suggest you review your CCTV from Sunday 30th November around 10am and check your 'system' about showing spaces as your response is factually incorrect and laughable

Convenient location and incredibly close to the city centre. But very expensive, parked there on Saturday evening for 4 hours or so and it cost £12. However, the most annoying part is the narrow entrance, which clipped my alloys… Why is the entrance to this car park half the size of a normal car… I wish multi-story car parks addressed this issue and finally made the entrances big enough to fit modern cars.
