Q-Park St Johns Centre

I lost my ticket which is my fault but i only had the choice to pay £29 . So a 90min maximum park was expensive. I've lost a ticket before but the car park allowed my to pay for the time I'd been there by just using the cameras they have to determine when i entered. I don't see why Q-Park couldn't do this.

Bit expensive but is right next to the theatre so to be understood. All in all good access and great to get into town. Never too busy. Would park here again.

Poor. QPark fill the paper for receipts once a day in the morning and the paper runs out later in the day. If you want a paper receipt you can't get one. * You then have to ring their call centre (10 minutes of my life wasted standing in an empty car park later in the evening) * You get told to go online and get an online receipt * You go online and have to tell half your life story before being told you'll get a receipt within 5 days! 1) When you pay for something you are entitled to a receipt there and then (I need to claim my expenses back) 2) Why should the customer go to this effort just because the car park operator cant be bothered to top up the paper in the machine. Surely in this day and age the machines flag up when they are low on paper? 3) The lack of on site staff is an issue 4) Bearing in mind this is one of the more expensive car parks in Leeds to pay for. 5) If this was the first time this had happened I wouldn't have as much of an issue. Its the third and last....because I won't use it again. 6) For elderly people who rely on receipts for a record and aren't IT savvy this is a company saying we don't care for you at all Total disrespect for their customers.

I have just renewed my car park season ticket and upgraded it to unlimited. The car park is light and airy, and I feel much safer using this car park than any other in Leeds. Arranging the season ticket and upgrading it could not have been easier, Mali Montaldi is so good at her job, really efficient, pleasant, and a pleasure to deal with. Easy access, ANPR worked seamlessly. Clean and tidy, spaces nicely marked, but not generous just ok. (For a Volvo XC40).
