Unbelievably over priced, even with the app. At what point does it get classed as a scam? Before you reply by saying its because of the service you offer, it's clean, safe etc. There are plenty of examples of other city centre car parks that are clean and safe but they don't charge £33 per day. You don't even offer a substantially discounted rate for staff that work at the light! I work all around the country and often use similar car parks. However. I'll now be avoiding all Q park car parks from now on
Avoid! The parking spaces are very small by modern standards, I think they might be even smaller than NCP's and that's saying something! You can even see how small they are on the photos they uploaded here. And they have the gall to charge almost £4 an hour for the "service" of letting me stick my car somewhere out of the way.
Myself and another car park user had issues with our tickets that had been stamped in Nuffield Gym, but the discount wasn't applying. This was the 2nd time this has happened. It sounds like it's a known issue at Nuffield, however customer service was a bit harsh on the other gent and myself. I quickly got told I'd been there 3 hours, when I'd only been in 1.5 hours. My discount then got sorted by the lady on CS, however when i got to the exit, it was asking me for Full Price again and I couldn't get out. QPARK > The discount system isn't working, can someone take hold of it and fix it please?
Booked car parking for 2 days as we were staying in the hotel adjoining the car park. All was fine until trying to exit because we have a large car the exit is so tight and difficult to get through we ended up damaging a wheel. I wouldn’t book again unless we had a much smaller car. A BMW 5 series is too large.
Great car park, but haven't the foggiest how anybody affords to use it. Would love to know where people are getting the available spend for a day in Leeds these days. Yikes
