Called into branch today after I was unable to use my card. The kindess, empathy and professionalism shown to both myself and my wife by leighton when I explained I had a stroke 3 weeks ago; ive lost the sight in my left eye and its impacted greatly on my confidence -was absolutely amazing. He explained everything to us in deal - we didn't feel rushed and he made sure we were happy all issues had been sorted. My wife's decided she's now swapping to barclays after years with the Halifax. Once again big heartfelt thanks to Leighton.

I visited the Barclays Leeds City Centre branch and was really impressed with the service I received. Anne helped me during my meeting and she was so kind, patient, and supportive. I also had an appointment with Anthony, who was equally brilliant. He was calm, patient, and very understanding, taking the time to go through all the issues with my account and making sure everything was fully resolved before I left. Both Anne and Anthony provided excellent customer service, and I left the branch feeling reassured and very well looked after.
