Halifax

I visit this bank at least once a month and have never had a problem. Staff are welcoming and usually there’s hardly any queue. My last visit, the ‘paying in cash machine’ was out of use (which is what I usually go straight to) so I had to join the short queue. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Staff was helpful and apologetic as they explained they were waiting on an engineer to come and fix the machine. My only complaint is that they should open on a Saturday.

The guy on desk was very helpful but couldn't do anything to do with my ISA which I have to ring up and do online which i dont do so now have to phone which not happy about

Was in Halifax yesterday, Normally it's a very good service,but was very disappointed as to how they actually ignored a elderly lady who was a bit confused and kept getting put back to the end of the queue, was very unsteady on her feet and needed to keep sitting down, in the end I took matters into my own hands and spoke to the people in the Queue and we made sure she was served next. 3 staff 2 serving and the other just sat to one side. Not good customer service.

Very poor customer service nearly ALL OF THE STAFF are extremely rude, issuing cheap cards that break then accuse us of purposely damaging them! Will be making official complaints to the ombudsman! They need to train staff on their customer service because its diabolical.
