Long waiting times and very little customer support offered even when someone is seeing you (one of the times and agent left me in a room on a call to another team and never came back to wrap-up the appointment). At this branch I have also been given wrong information. I recommend to either switch to another bank or just ring the phone customer support which is slightly better than the agents in the branch (but still not great!)
This is by far the worst bank I have dealt with. Customer service is extremely poor, overall service is below standard, and the online banking website is awful to use. Issues are not resolved efficiently, and communication is frustrating.
I had to wait a little while but nothing extortionate. A lovely staff member called Lily helped me with my issues and resolved everything. She was friendly and I felt comfortable talking to her.
Ms Sue Thomas has some great customer service skills. I visited the bank with my wife a couple of weeks ago for an issue and she handled it very efficiently and got it fixed. I and my wife have been their customers for almost 1.5 years now, and had to visit the branch a couple of times but never had any issue with their customer service.
I went into this branch to deal with probate..I was met by the kindest of young ladies...Sarah....she listened while I chuntered on about mam and dad...and then cried......she was kind patient...and above all made this transaction so much easier.....a lovely kind soul...in a situation of darkness.....many thanks
