Will highly recommend. Did a walk in before lunchtime to discuss account opening and transfers. Got seen within 10 minutes! The staff are well trained and informative of the various accounts and listened to what I was looking for instead of what they thought was best for me. This empathic approach made me transfer 3 accounts from another trusted bank which i was a customer of 30 years,over to them. I definitely felt my money was now in the right place! The process is quick and they are very transparent and keep you updated of the whole process and time frame. Thankyou.

easy to get things done. nice staff. only one issue is that you can't get interest statements immediately, they have to be ordered. but no issues doing the order.

I visited today as I was unable to make a payment via online banking. Probably as it was a larger payment for a house deposit. I walked into the branch and they were immediately able to help me out.
