Very good experience, the person I saw was very helpful and sorted everything out for me, and will definitely go to the Leeds Virgin Money Center Branch again, I can't thank all the staff enough

I visited the Virgin Money Leeds office for the first time, and I was truly impressed with the outstanding service I received. The staff members were incredibly kind and treated me with the utmost respect. Their level of professionalism and courtesy made my experience exceptionally positive. I highly recommend this branch for their excellent customer service. Kudos to the entire team!!!

Been with Yorkshire bank all my life never had a problem with anything. Any new savings account I've wanted to open or mortgage advice there was always someone at hand in this store. Not been for a while and now that it's taken over by virgin it seems as though they are less helpful and very lazy. I went into open a savings account and was told the woman who deals with that is busy so take a seat. I waited while I seen the staff member tell her and she was just chatting about not doing nothing then she approached me asking what I was here for. Told her I wanted to open 2 accounts she told me she doesn't have her paper work to open these accounts today so come back tomorrow which for a extremely busy man like myself it is not easy to get free time in the hours this branch is open. I will try again one more time if I get rejected again I will be closing all my accounts there and then and open a account with Lloyd's bank who my partner is with and the customer service with them compared to virgin bank is light and day. I was sent my new card TWO WEEKS ago and still awaiting my new pin. Seems as though all the lazy humans who have been sacked from previous jobs are working for virgin money because they are very lazy and have no care for their customers. Unfortunately for us Yorkshire bank customers we had no choice and was automatically switched into virgin money. If you thinking about opening an account with this lot, then don't you'd save yourself some time and hassle by going elsewhere
