I went into the bench to make a transfer and was told the transfer will be done within two hours and 24 hours later it still hasn’t paid in my bank. I’m really disappointed in the service because this is really made a big impact on my finances.
Close far too early. Some of us can't make it down until after work, the school run and then its a 15 to 20 min drive as there's no bank in misdleton, anymore. Frustrating!!!
Very poor service. I've visited today and they refused to deposit money for me. I have a open business account with them and they told me to fill up all the customer deposit voucher, and deposit money from envelopes myself. That is perfecty fine, I can do that but the way that lady was unprofessional saying " we not going to stell you money, and the reason for you doing it alone is that we can't afford to keep a queue behind with customers " The shop was empty. Will not visit again.
Went to this branch for 1st time today, staff were lovely and very help full..Will be using this branch again
Had to take 90 yr old gran down to hunslet yorkshire bank today. The Covid set up was spot on and the service we received from Val on Counter and a young blonde girl doing the door, didn't get her name unfortunately, was second to none. Please pass this on as so many people are quick to complain and dont acknowledge fab service. Thankyou
