Visited today to discuss my bank account, received brilliant service from Bethany. She clearly explained the new terms of my bank account and really made the effort to understand why I was confused and how she could help. Also, the cafe and toilets were both very clean. Thank you!

This is such a good investment from Santander. The work cafe was welcoming (shout out to Naveed for doing a great job), the wifi easy to access, the coffee was delicious. I hope the work cafe approach is expanded into other branches too.

I was traveling and had to work for two days from Santander. the Work cafe Santander was great place were I found quite place to work and I was able to book a meeting room (all free service!). The staff was amazing and kind!

It's the first time I've been in a Work Cafe Santander and was very surprised!! This is a great idea. A member of staff was nearby and asked if I need help in my transaction. He pointed me in the right direction and left me to it, but was there if I needed help. I loved the whole layout as a cafe. I didn't have a drink or anything to eat but I know where I'd go if I needed to. Top marks on this idea and should roll more of these out across the country.

I've been to the Kensington, Triton Square and Leeds Cafe and can safely safe, I've had the best experience with the work cafe in Leeds. Big shout out to: Naveed, Jessica, Bethany, Nigel and David.
