I had such a lovely experience at AFSOO in Leeds and couldn’t recommend it enough. I booked a wash, cut and blow-dry on treatwell with Shaza, and from start to finish she was incredibly sweet, patient and attentive. All of the girls at the salon made me feel so comfortable and welcome, constantly checking in and kindly offering beverages throughout my appointment, which really added to the experience. I have very thick, long hair, and they were so accommodating and understanding — persevering with so much care and professionalism, even when it must have been tiring. I really appreciated how considerate and dedicated they were. Shaza gave me such honest and thoughtful advice on what haircut would suit me best. I trusted her completely, and I’m so glad I did. I absolutely loved my hair at the end and was genuinely so happy with her decision. On top of all that, the prices were very reasonable for the level of service and care I received. I left the salon feeling confident, refreshed and so pleased with my hair. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend AFSOO, especially Shaza, to anyone looking for a great salon experience coming from a girl who traveled all the way from Manchester. ​I had a wonderful experience at the salon today for a brow lamination and a lash lift. The entire service was excellent from the moment I walked in. ​I was lucky enough to have Shaza as my technician, and she is truly an expert. She was professional, attentive, and incredibly meticulous throughout both processes. My results are absolutely beautiful! My brow lamination came out perfectly defined and lifted, and my lash lift makes my natural lashes look phenomenal. ​If you are looking for gorgeous brows and lashes, I highly recommend this salon and specifically asking for Shaza. One of the best lash lifts I have ever received (lasts for weeks on end!). These ladies know what the definition of beauty is. They offer a range of services and I’m shocked at how well everything is run. I recommend anyone to come to AFSOO Beauty. Their prices are affordable and the people here are lovely! 100/10

I rarely leave reviews but Syaza was super lovely. It was my first time at Afsoo, she booked me in on the same day as I had a date to attend , she did HydraFacial and even gave me a free LED light treatment . Super lovely lady, and gentle on my new lash extensions too. 100% will come again. Place was clean and well designed.

I’ve been coming to this salon for around two years to have my eyebrows and waxing done. The staff have always been friendly, and overall I’ve received a good service. However, due to an unexpected emergency, I was unable to make my recent appointment. I messaged politely to explain the situation and asked if it would be possible to reschedule, something I rarely, if ever, request. In fact, the last time I attended, I made every effort to keep my appointment despite having my baby with me. Despite being a loyal customer for two years, I was met with, “Because it’s less than 48 hours, we can’t reschedule your appointment.” I would understand this response if I had a history of cancelling or rescheduling, but I don’t. And considering there were multiple unbooked slots available at the time, it was disappointing that no flexibility or goodwill could be show, not even once. I’m extremely disappointed, and sadly I’ll now be looking for another salon. Emergencies don’t come with 48 hours’ notice; all we can do is communicate and do our best. As you’ve asked, I’ve paid the deposit, and you can keep it, but you’ve lost a long-standing customer due to a lack of flexibility and understanding. Such a shame.
