I had a neutral experience at this salon and it was my first time too. I went for a lash removal and a lash lift. In 15 minutes my lashes should’ve been removed but it took more than 40 mins as she applied lash removal and kept pulling the lashes off my eyes which led to serious damage of my natural lashes and later on when I got home I realised the damaged she caused to my lashes as they were really short and broken. However, her communication was good and I’m sure she’s good at other services but not lash removal.

I’ve been going to Afra for over four years and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my eyebrows and lashes. She’s very skilled and always delivers amazing results. Highly recommend!
