I’ve visited SAKS for a couple of years now, and Francesca is my go to for my nails and lash lift! Not only is she amazing at what she does (she’s brilliant at nail art!), she always has a smile on her face and is always there to lend an ear! I’ve even recommended her to my best friend, who is now a client of hers too! :)

Whether it’s a wash, cut and blow dry or a more indulgent treatment, I’ve always left feeling confident and delighted with the results. Excellent customer service and spa experience received. Today’s booking was a walk in appointment where we were given availability in the afternoon to receive a full body massage and facial Skin30 treatment for two people at the same time. We were received on time and had a lovely experience with great service. This is a very high quality for value and we would highly recommend Saks. The staff members were brilliant and delivered high quality massage.

Lovely atmosphere despite salon being so busy. Shannon took great care of me and my hair - explained everything she was doing and really took into account my hair goals and the current condition of my hair. Would recommend this salon and Shannon in particular to anyone needing some hair TLC in Leeds :)

Was looking for a last minute treat for myself and got a booking through Treatwell. Saks always makes me feel at ease and comfortable, could quite easily spend the day there! Great chat, atmosphere and service! Thanks for my beautiful Christmas nails!
