He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we were completely comfortable before making any decisions. The car was exactly as described, spotless inside and out, and ready for us on time. All the paperwork and finance side of things were handled smoothly with no stress or hidden surprises. On delivery Bilal went through the features of the car and made sure we were happy before we drove away. You can tell that Affordable Premium Cars Ltd genuinely care about their customers and their reputation. The service felt personal rather than just like “another sale,” and that makes a big difference. I am genuinely shocked by the level of customer service at this dealership. From start to finish, the experience has been appalling. Once the sale was completed, their attitude changed completely. Any issues raised were met with rudeness, dismissiveness, and a complete lack of accountability. Communication was poor, calls and messages were ignored, and when responses did come, they were abrupt and unhelpful. At no point did I feel listened to or respected as a customer. Instead of offering support or solutions, staff were condescending and defensive, making an already stressful situation far worse. There was no sense of professionalism, empathy, or basic customer care — just excuses and an unwillingness to take responsibility. Buying a car is a significant purchase, and customers deserve to be treated with honesty and decency. This dealership failed on every level. I would strongly advise anyone considering using them to think twice unless you are prepared to be treated poorly once they have your money. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I will not be returning and would not recommend them to anyone.

I recently purchased a Ford Fiesta from Bilal and the team at APC. It was a really smooth and efficient experience from start to finish. Bilal was highly responsive and accommodating and made the process really easy - he was flexible when I couldn't pick the car up when I had originally planned and had everything ready for me when I got to the dealership. The dealership itself seems very well organised and Bilal made sure I had all of the documents I needed and answered all of the questions and concerns I had. They also had the car valeted and it was in pristine condition when I drove it away. Would absolutely recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a car from a reliable source.

I purchased a Jaguar F-Pace and the whole experience has been really smooth and easy. Bilal responds very quickly to any messages, the car was great value and I had the vehicle delivered on time. After the purchase, Bilal made a small donation to a local charity of our choice which was a nice touch. No issues at all and warranty and free AA was easy to set up. Would recommend.
